Website Maintenance

Real upkeep, not hosting with a different name on the invoice.

Most maintenance plans are hosting with a markup. You pay every month, nothing gets updated, and when you ask for a text change it takes three weeks. That is the industry norm and it is why owners assume maintenance is a scam.

Ours covers actual work. Software and plugin updates applied and tested. Automated backups with a restore that has been verified rather than assumed. Uptime monitoring that alerts us before you notice. Security patching. SSL renewal. And content updates, meaning reasonable text and image changes shipped on a normal turnaround rather than queued behind a ticket system.

The reason this matters is that neglected sites break slowly and then all at once. An out-of-date plugin becomes a security hole. An expired certificate turns your site into a browser warning. A hosting account nobody is watching goes down on a Friday and stays down until Monday. Every one of those costs customers, and every one is preventable.

Maintenance starts at $99 a month and includes hosting. There is no long contract, and you can cancel or downgrade whenever you want.

FAQ

Website Maintenance questions

What counts as a reasonable content update?
Text edits, swapping photos, updating hours or staff, adding a service, posting an announcement. The everyday changes a business actually needs. Building a whole new section, adding an online store, or a full redesign is project work, and we quote that upfront before starting.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Sometimes. It depends on what it was built on and what condition it is in. A well-built site on a common platform is usually straightforward. A neglected page-builder site with forty plugins is often cheaper to rebuild than to maintain, and we will tell you honestly which situation you are in.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us, usually before you find out. Basic and Standard plans get business-hours response. Growth gets priority same-day response on critical issues. Enterprise carries a four-hour critical response commitment.
